The Piedmont Rum Cocktail Recipe

This cocktail is a favorite of Karen’s, our founder and owner. It features Amaro Nonino, an herbal liqueur made by a woman-owned company in Italy. We’re inspired by the company’s longtime, family roots in distilling, and love the way Amaro Nonino pairs with Montanya Oro. If you’re looking for a spirit-forward cocktail that’s simple to make but doesn’t compromise flavor, this is it.

In a Rocks Glass:

1.5 oz Montanya Oro

1.5 ox Amaro Nonino*

King cube

Stir with a bar spoon until chilled. To make your cocktail less alcohol forward, consider adding .25 to .5 oz water.

*Karen likes a 1:1 ratio of Montanya Oro to Amaro Nonino. You may want to adjust this to your taste!
