Coconut Daiquiri Rum Cocktail Recipe

We created this variation of the Daiquiri for a Cinco de Mayo fiesta and loved it so much we put it on the summer menu in our Tasting Room. Definitely a fast favorite!

Glass: Coupe

In a shaker:

2.5 oz Platino

1 squeezed lime

.5 oz cream of coconut

.25 oz simple syrup (recipe below)

.25 oz coconut water

Shake and strain. Garnish with a lime peel on the rim.
