Fall Manhattan Rum Cocktail Recipe

This is one of two cocktails that founder and owner Karen Hoskin developed using Montanya Oro and spirits from Women’s Cocktail Collective members. We love this recipe almost as much as we love our fellow spirits makers!

 

Glass: Coupe or low ball rocks

In a crystal mixing glass:
2 oz Montanya Oro Rum 
.5 oz Pür Spirits Williams Pear 
.25 oz Pür Amaro
5 drops of Bitter Housewife Cardamom Bitters

 

Stir until chilled, decant into a coupe or low ball rocks glass over a King Cube. Garnish with a slice of fresh pear, a few Cardamom Pods or a Luxardo Cherry.

Want to try another “Reimagined” Classic? Pretty much any classic cocktail can be recreated with rum, like our version of the Sidecar. We replaced the Cognac with Montanya Oro, and voilá! Good as new!
