Rio de Janiero Rum Cocktail
Glass: Collins, filled with ice
Mix in shaker on ice:
2 oz Montanya Oro or Montanya Platino
2 oz pineapple juice
¼ c cream of coconut
1 oz orange juice
Strain into glass. Drizzle w/ grenadine and sprinkle w/nutmeg. Garnish with lime.

Another creamy favorite in the Tasting Room is the White Room, which you make with home made vanilla rum (it’s easy!). We also make an excellent zero-proof version of the Rio de Janeiro for those times that you need to drive, don’t feel like alcohol, or signed up for something like Dry January. We love a good rum cocktail, but alcohol is never required to have fun!
